Usually kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms first, so the house is liveable before it is finished.

Room by room against the labels from packing, with you nearby to say where things go.

You direct as we work
It is your kitchen. We ask rather than guess, because rearranging a cupboard twice takes longer than asking once.

Broken down and stacked neatly so the space is usable at the end of the day.

Questions
The things people actually ask.
- Do you take the empty boxes away?
- Yes. Empty cartons and packing materials are taken away when we unpack. You are not left wrestling flattened cardboard into the recycling bin on your first night.
- Will you assemble our furniture?
- Anything our crew disassembled during the move is reassembled as part of the move itself. Assembly of new or separately delivered furniture is available on request.
- Can you just do the kitchen?
- Yes, and it is the most common way people book this. The kitchen is the slowest room to unpack and the one that makes a house feel functional, so it is the best value if you are only doing one.
- How long does unpacking take?
- Generally less than packing, because there is no wrapping and no inventory to build. It stretches out when decisions are needed on every shelf, which is why agreeing priority rooms first helps.
- What if I do not know where I want things yet?
- Then say so. We will get the essentials away and leave the undecided items grouped by room rather than committing you to a layout you have not lived in yet. Guessing on your behalf just creates work later.
- Is anything covered during unpacking?
- Transit insurance available on every move — cover confirmed in your written quote. Ask what applies specifically to handling at the destination, since it is a separate activity from transit.
