- Do you guarantee I will get my bond back?
- No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Whether a bond is returned is the agent or landlord's decision, and it is assessed against the entry condition report - including things a clean cannot change, like wear, damage or the state of the garden. What we do is work to an end-of-lease checklist and give you a record of it.
- Who actually does the cleaning?
- We work with a vetted cleaning partner, booked and coordinated by us so the clean is timed around the move. It is a fair thing to ask, and a straightforward thing to answer.
- What exactly is included?
- The list above covers the standard scope. External windows, garages, balconies and outdoor areas are quoted separately. Ask for your specific scope in writing so there is no argument about the garage later.
- Do you clean carpets?
- Carpet steam cleaning is a separate job from a general clean, and many leases require it specifically with a receipt attached. Carpet steam cleaning can be added to any clean, with a receipt you can give your agent.
- When does the clean happen?
- After the property is empty and before your inspection or settlement. Tell us both dates when you book - the gap between them is usually narrower than people realise, and it determines what is possible.
- What if the agent is not satisfied?
- If your agent is not satisfied with an area we cleaned, our partner returns to re-clean it within 72 hours of you telling us. What happens to your bond is still the agent's decision - no cleaner can promise that outcome, and you should be wary of any that does.
