Office & Commercial

Office moves that do not cost you a working week.

Planned around your trading hours, so the team logs off in one place on Friday and logs on in another on Monday.

Who it is for

The situations this solves.

A commercial move is measured in downtime, not hours on a truck. Everything we plan works backwards from the moment your people need to be productive again.

  • You have outgrown the space

More desks than the floor plate allows. The move needs to happen without pausing the work that caused the growth.

  • The lease is ending

A hard date, a make-good obligation and a landlord inspection waiting at the other end of it.

  • Consolidating sites or floors

Two locations becoming one, which means sequencing, not just shifting. Things have to arrive in the order the new layout needs.

  • A fitout or refurbishment

Everything out, trades in, everything back. Often with a portion going into storage in between.

What you get

What is included, and what is optional.

Included as standard

  • A site walkthrough at both ends before anything is quoted
  • A written move plan with a sequence and a schedule
  • An asset schedule and labelling system tied to the new floor plan
  • Workstation disassembly and reassembly
  • IT equipment packed and moved, with reconnection coordinated alongside your IT provider
  • Lift, floor and wall protection at both buildings
  • After-hours and weekend scheduling so trading hours are protected
  • Removal of packing materials once you are in

Optional, or job dependent

  • Storage for furniture during a fitout
  • Cleaning at the outgoing premises
  • Packing support for individual desks and personal effects
  • Staged moves across multiple nights or weekends

How it works

From first call to finished.

  1. 01

    Walk both sites

Access, lifts, loading docks, dock booking rules and building management requirements. Most commercial move problems live here.

  2. 02

    Build the plan

A sequence, a schedule and a labelling system mapped to the new floor plan, agreed with whoever owns the move internally.

  3. 03

    Move outside trading hours

Evenings, weekends or staged across several nights, depending on what your operation can absorb.

  4. 04

    First morning check

Someone from our team on site as your people arrive, to sort the small things before they become tickets.

Questions

The things people actually ask.

How much downtime should we plan for?
That depends on headcount, IT complexity and how much can happen outside trading hours. We give you a realistic sequence at the walkthrough rather than a number designed to win the job.
Can you work weekends and after hours?
Out-of-hours scheduling is the norm for commercial work, and most buildings require it anyway through dock booking and lift access rules. Tell us your window and we will confirm what we can commit to.
What about servers and comms equipment?
We pack and move IT hardware and coordinate the timing with your IT provider, who handles decommissioning and reconnection. If you do not have one, tell us early - that gap is worth closing before the move, not during it.
Who is responsible for labelling?
We set up the labelling system and map it to the new floor plan. Individual desk contents are usually packed and labelled by the person who sits there, which is faster and stops things going missing. We will give your team the materials and a short brief.
What happens to furniture we are not taking?
We can remove and responsibly dispose of furniture and equipment that is not coming with you. Flag anything not coming at the walkthrough, because make-good obligations often have a deadline of their own.
Is our equipment covered?
Transit insurance available on every move — cover confirmed in your written quote. Commercial equipment values are usually higher than household ones, so confirm the cover suits your asset list before you book.
